7 Figure Flipping was recently sold and restructured and needed a clear brand identity to mark the new direction of the company. With ambitious goals to grow the company from $5 million to $30 million over the next 5 years they required an identity that was adaptable, versatile, and professional without being stuffy. Their goals included multiple live events, an active digital presence, and a plan to roll out several new products that highlighted their new identity and offerings.

THE CHALLENGE

The new owner wanted everything the brand touched to build trust and further the company's sense of integrity and mission of stewardship. With 7 Figure Flipping we had to focus on creating an exciting yet professional identity that was grounded in the founders core value. With multiple live events, programs, and an ever expanding product line the brand had to be versatile, adaptable, and built with room to grow with the company.

We created refined, dynamic logos, easily adaptable to the company’s continued growth. To convey this adaptability, we adopted a clean, simple, refined logo and sub logo system that could easily be added onto.

BRANDMARK


The “7”’s signature curve, blending with the “F,” pays homage to the brand’s three principles- Integrity - Stewardship - No Limits. It conveys imagery that is both fun and active, insinuating movement, motion and the belief that there are no limits to what we can achieve.


Finally, it alludes to the arch of Nashville, Tennessee’s Gateway Bridge, the site of the company’s rebirth,  evoking the hard work of the founder and “bridging the gap” to a future ripe with possibilities.


The sub brands of 7 Figure Flipping pull from the owners experience as a navy pilot and create a visual experience of what the programs are designed to help their members achieve. While alluding to a military past we had to be conscious of not leaning too far into it where it became tacky or confusing - finding the right balance of fun and inspiring. The notched A within the sub brands creates a unifying easter egg between all the sub brands, is used as a graphic element within itself, and as an arrow shape creates a sense of movement and dare I say lift off? 

The color pallet for 7 FIGURE FLIPPING further conveys its brand values. The Charcoal provides the backdrop and foundation for the brand's color scheme. Corvette Red gives the brand depth and vitality while Gold adds a professional and luxurious tone.
